Aggravation over trying to download user manual

  • Hi, I can't download the user manual, I can't save it, nothing, stalls everytime, I have tried 10 times to no avail. And, I can't email from the site to the company, I get a blank IE page and my phone calls won't go through. Can someone send me the page with "skipping parts of a page" page 46 of the updated user's manual. Is anyone else having this problem with the manual? I downloaded it fine last Feb. Thanks.


  • You can't phone us becuase it is Saturday in Sydney Australia, (where we are based). You are free to call in business hours.

    (I answer a few forum and E-mails questions out of normal hours)

    If you can't send an E-mail. This is is a problem on your side and you'll need to work that out.

    I just checked the web site and I agree there is some problem. It seems to be a network issue. i.e. Not your machine and not our server, but some of the network in between. However on the 2nd attempt I was able to get the PDF.

    Update: Our hosting company is reporting a failed switch (http://www.pair.com/support/system_notices.html) from a couple of hours ago. This might be the issue. Normally they are very good and if this is the cuase of the problem I expect that they'll have it sorted out in a few hours.
